We aim to get your items to you quickly and safely. All orders are packed with care and shipped from the United Kingdom.
Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 working days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During busy periods (sales, restocks, holiday seasons), processing times may be slightly longer.
UK Shipping
Collection from our store: Free. Items purchased can be collected from our store in central London. Please email us for confirmation before purchase: Email us: info.ajiaccessories@gmail.com.

Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched, not when the order is placed.
Please note: a signature is required on delivery: our delivery partners are Royal Mail and DPD.
Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
If you selected a tracked service, your tracking number will be included.
Collection: items purchased can be collected from our store. Please email us for confirmation. Free service.
International Shipping
We currently ship to selected international destinations.
Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
The UK is no longer part of the EU Single Market and Customs Union. This means that the parcels you send into the European Union and internationally are subject to customs formalities, and duties and taxes may apply. DPD takes care of these processes for you using the Electronic Customs Data you supply when creating a shipment.
Please note: Customs fees, import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been dispatched, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier (Royal Mail or chosen courier). However, we are still here to help.
If your parcel is delayed or appears lost:

Contact Royal Mail or your local courier.

Then contact us at info.ajiaccessories@gmail.com and we will assist further.
Royal Mail considers an item “lost” only after:

10 working days for UK addresses

25 working days for international addresses
We will replace or refund lost items once this time has passed.
