Returns & Refund Policy – AJI Accessories (UK)

At AJI Accessories, we hope you love your items as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, you can return it to us. Please read the details below.

Returns

You may return your item within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

  • Packaging, labels and tags must be intact.

  • A proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).

For hygiene reasons, earrings and hair accessories cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info.ajiaccessories@gmail.com.
Please include your order number and a brief reason for return.
We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please allow up to 5 working days of receiving your request.

Return Postage

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take 10-14 working days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you need another item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty or not as described, please contact us within 7 days with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos (if applicable)

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Sale Items

Sale items can not be returned unless otherwise stated on the product page

 


International Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns of unworn, unused, and unaltered items within 14 working days from the date your order was delivered.

You can choose to:

  • Exchange for a different size or item

  • Receive a credit note

  • Receive a refund to your original payment method

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

If returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the parcel as a “Return” to avoid customs delays and charges.
Any customs fees incurred due to incorrect labeling will be deducted from your refund
